Abstract

According to the theoretical and practical work of the
dictionary association, abbreviations serve to use time and space in dictionaries.
Because this field of linguistics is so complex, it requires great skill and
responsibility from lexicographers. Practical conclusions of abbreviations in
articles of practical importance in three lexicographic sources. Dictionaries are
illustrated with abbreviations.
