Abstract

This article discusses the methods of word formation in Uzbek
and English and illuminates with examples. Every language has its own derivation
for the development of words. Uzbek word formation methods are different from
English language. The concept of derivation is used in different areas of modern
linguistics and gives different meanings. In linguistics, this concept is defined in a
broad sense.
