Abstract

The article presents an analysis of finger paralinguisms in Uzbek
communication. The semantic meanings of paralinguisms and their importance in
speech, their impact on the personal characteristics of the interlocutors will be
revealed in detail. Texts from Uzbek literary works are used in the analysis.
