THE LEXICOGRAPHIC INTERPRETATION OF THE VERB (IN THE EXAMPLE OF “YIG‘LAMOQ”)

Abstract

article discusses the importance of translation dictionaries in different languages in linguistics, especially in cross analysis of semantic aspects of word meanings. In particular, it is known to us that the semantic aspects of the verbs with the general meaning “to cry” cannot be studied without analyzing the human nature and psyche. This shows the connection of semantics with anthropology, psycholinguistics and sociolinguistics.
