Abstract

Special attention is paid to the form aspect of the writing in the
examinations carried out on the manuscript texts. Linguistic expertise takes into
account both the form and content of the writing. Usually, in forensic examinations
of handwriting, the expert starts his work based on certain samples. However, in
the absence of samples, it is a complicated process to organize expertise and give a
conclusion. Today, the lack of methodical approaches and researches based on the
identification signs of written speech prevents the implementation of linguistic
expertise without samples. The article deals with the study of the solution of these
issues, the substantiation of the issues of the emergence and characterization of
identification signs in written speech.
